Zenith’s Increased Welding Capabilities

We, at Zenith, are always seeking to provide added value for our clients and we are, therefore, pleased to announce a significant step forward in our welding capabilities.

Our dedicated team of welders are now fully qualified to perform butt weld procedures on a variety of pipes to both EN 15614-1 and ASME using TIG & FCAW welding processes on both carbon and stainless steels. This major progression complements our existing MMA third party approved welding procedures on stainless, carbon and dissimilar materials and our CE marking to execution class 3.

During the rigorous third-party examination, all twenty welds passed radiography first time and now the completed welds will be mechanically tested at a UKAS approved laboratory. This increased welding competency significantly increases our ability to become a single source supplier for all pipe and structural plate work.
