At Zenith, the training of staffÂ forms a siginificant role in the continued improvement of the Company. Keeping up to date with best industry practice means that clients receive a high level of service and a committment to quality. Typically, during the last week of the working year, Zenith recalls all of it’s workforce back to Head Office to undergo a 5 day intensive period of training. Zenith works with suitably qualified industry professionals who teachÂ inÂ a classroom setting as well as replicatingÂ on-siteÂ conditions. A training matrix is prepared for each member of the workforce. This year, training has included First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, Anchor Training, Harness/Rescue Training, Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness.
