Zenith – World Class Engineering
18 Jun 2015
Zenith Consultants, with the on-site installation support of Zenith Structural Access Solutions Limited, has successfully completed a major reinforced concrete chimney refurbishment at a cement plant in the United Kingdom.
The on-site works included the installation of a temporary by-pass stack secured to the main chimney windshield thereby enabling the flue gases to be diverted. This has allowed Zenith to carry out necessary internal repairs.
Zenith Consultants designed all of the temporary works for the project including the innovative lifting technique for the installation of the temporary by-pass stack. âIt was Zenithâs ability to handle all aspects of the contract that secured this project,â comments Colin McCurdy, Managing Director. âOur customers have peace of mind knowing that safety is our number one priority. Our design engineers work very closely with our experienced contracts management team to provide workable solutions that minimise shutdown periods thereby allowing the customer to continue production within the shortest possible timeâ.
Over recent years, Zenithâs unique ability has seen the company secure numerous major contracts worldwide that are at the cutting edge of technological advancement.
