This week, Zenith is proud to celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2024. Our apprentices play a vital role in the future success of our company. We provide an exceptional opportunity for them to gain expertise, knowledge, and experience on major projects across the world.

At Zenith, we’re passionate about supporting apprenticeships in vital areas of our business – particularly with our specialist team of steeplejacks. This field is currently experiencing a shortage of skilled workers, so we’re dedicated to ensuring its future success. As the UK’s largest employer of steeplejack apprentices, we’re excited to welcome six new apprentices to our team in 2024.

In addition, our apprenticeship roles span across the business including property conservation, engineering, and a variety of trade skills. Each apprenticeship role is given extensive support including industry training, recognised qualifications and mentoring from the experienced Zenith team.
