24 Jun 2014

Zenith is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Wilson, BEng CEng MICE MIEI, as the new Business Development Manager for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Adrian comes with a wealth of experience in contracting and is proving to be an outstanding asset to the Company’s drive to expand our customer base. Adrian’s appointment is proving to be a real success story. He joined Zenith at the beginning of the year and already we are now carrying out major access and repair works throughout Ireland. One in particular is the Gobbins Path project. The Gobbins Path, located in County Antrim, is a dramatic coastal walk which was a popular tourist attraction in the early 20th century. Plans were confirmed to re-construct it and open it to the public once again. Zenith’s task is to replace all of the bridges, handrails and staircases using rope access techniques and cranes. In addition, Zenith has been tasked with cleaning out the tunnels due to a heavy build up of silt.

In addition, Adrian has been responsible for Zenith winning projects on harbour jetties and dolphins and has already had remakable success in bringing innovation to the bridge access and repair market across Ireland. Darren Smith, Business Development Director, comments “We are pleased to welcome Adrian to the team and we wish him every success for the future.”
