Refractory Inspection Service

To complement to our specialist FCCU & fired heater access systems, Zenith is now pleased to provide our clients with a full 3rd party Refractory Inspection Service.

All inspections will be carried out by fully experienced API STD 936 certified refractory inspectors who possess a wealth of experience on a wide variety of units and who have graduated from refractory installation/site supervision/site management & finally into inspection.

Following the installation of access, our Refractory Inspectors will conduct a full visual & physical inspection of all refractory linings in service.

Subsequently, a full lining condition report will be submitted to the client together with our recommendation for repair for review & authorisation.
