Online ‘Hot Camera’ Surveys for Industrial Chimneys

Zenith provides an on-line Hot Camera service that enables engineers to ascertain the internal condition of a chimney lining prior to the shutdown. Sufficient planning allows engineers to anticipate the extent of any defects to the lining so that materials can be ordered and manpower can be assigned to perform any repairs during the shutdown.

The Hot Camera is safely lowered into the gas stream from the termination point of the chimney and is retracted from the top of the stack. We are able to obtain digital photographs and video film of the internal services throughout the full height of the chimney.
