Flare Tip Replacement

Zenith’s flare tip replacement capability, both offshore and onshore, continues to play a significant part in the portfolio of services we provide to our clients. We are able to replace flare tips without the use of a crane, barge crane, in offshore applications, or helicopters. Our dedicated team of Structural Engineers is able to design bespoke solutions for tip replacements. We use a wide range of temporary lifting davit designs. Also, we are able to carry out a full structural analysis of the flare stack structure and assess the consequences of the loadings imposed. In fact, Zenith is able to carry out the complete project from Concept Design right through to on-site execution in-house.
