Zenith’s Annual Five Day Training Event.

At Zenith, the training of staff forms a siginificant role in the continued improvement of the Company. Keeping up to date with best industry practice means that clients receive a high level of service and a committment to quality. Typically, during the last week of the working year, Zenith recalls all of it’s workforce back to Head Office to undergo a 5 day intensive period of training. Zenith works with suitably qualified industry professionals who teach in a classroom setting as well as replicating on-site conditions. A training matrix is prepared for each member of the workforce. This year, training has included First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, Anchor Training, Harness/Rescue Training, Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness.

Zenith’s Time Lapse Scaffold Erection Photography

Zenith’s Scaffold Division has successfully completed a high profile design and erection project at the University of Edinburgh. The work involved facilitating access to the Golden Boy statue on the dome of the University’s Old College. The sculpture, put in place in 1888, had fallen victim to old age with its gilt paint beginning to crack and fade. It was the first time in almost 30 years that the statue, holding the torch of knowledge, has been re-coated with gold leaf.

Zenith Add to It’s Fleet of Vehicles

Zenith has recently purchased a new 15 t Iveco Stralis to add to it’s range of vehicles. “This new addition to our fleet will prove advantageous across the Zenith group of companies. We have experienced phenomenol growth over recent years and with a full order book throughout 2015, this acquisition will mean that we can react quicker to meet our customers requirements,” comments Colin McCurdy, Managing Director.
